Maxime Walch

Maxime Walch is a Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations at KPMG France, specializing in industrial excellence and supply chain transformation. Since July 2022, Maxime has led a €10 million digital transformation program across three manufacturing sites for a French food industry leader and developed innovative ERP assistance and circular supply chain solutions. Previously, Maxime served as a Manager at Sanofi, where efforts included leading a transformation across twelve industrial sites globally and improving packaging processes significantly. Experience also includes roles at Eurofins, ORPHOZ, Lazada, Procter & Gamble, and internships in logistics and management control, complemented by a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from KEDGE Business School and other relevant educational qualifications.
