Olivier Defline

Olivier Defline has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Olivier started their career at Oliver Wyman, where they worked as a Consultant in Paris before becoming an Associate Partner in Hong Kong. Olivier then moved on to Arjowiggins, where they served as the Group Strategy Director and later as a Business Unit Manager. After that, they joined PPG Industries as the Director of Marketing & Supply Chain and later became the General Manager for DIY Architectural Coatings in France & Southern Europe. Olivier then moved to Eurofins, where they held various roles including General Manager for Food Testing in New Zealand, Business Line Director for Food & Environment Testing in Asia-Pacific, Regional Director for Asia, and finally Group Chief Operating Officer in charge of IT, Transformation, HR, and Group Services. Currently, Olivier works at KPMG France as the Head of SME operations.

Olivier Defline obtained a M. Sc. degree in Engineering Ecole Centrale Paris from CentraleSupélec in the period between 1993 and 1996. In 2010, they also completed an Executive Education program at the Yale School of Management.
