A graduate of ESCP, Wilfrid joined the Transaction Services teams after 10 years of accounting and financial audit. Wilfrid specializes in due diligence missions, advising corporates as well as investment funds, in the context of acquisitions, disposals and privatizations which have enabled him to acquire great expertise and knowledge of complex transactions, in particular in the energy and natural resources sector, as well as telecommunications. Wilfrid has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. As such, he is a member of the KPMG International Energy network, as well as a Global Lead Partner for major priority accounts in the Energy and telecommunications sector.
