Alex Caravella

Alex Caravella has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, currently serving as Associate Director and previously as Manager in Senior Talent and Partner Recruiting at KPMG since July 2018. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Michael Page from July 2016 to July 2018, and a contract position as Recruitment Consultant with iHeartRadio at WilsonHCG for a brief period in early 2016. Alex also worked as an Energy Services/Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek from July 2014 to February 2016. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh and a high school diploma from Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan.
