Rick Ethell

Rick Ethell is an accomplished entrepreneur and project manager with over 40 years of diverse experience in the construction and digital marketing sectors. As the Owner CEO of Ultra ERTC and High Octane Digital since February 2015, Rick specializes in helping businesses with complex IRS ERTC filings. Currently serving as Manager Project at KPRS Construction Services, Rick oversees commercial and tenant improvement projects in Brea, CA. Previous roles include CEO of High Octane Mobile, where Rick led the company in providing mobile marketing solutions, and Project Manager at Lucas Contracting Corp., managing various multifamily projects. Early in their career, Rick owned BaseLine Construction, which completed notable projects such as The House of Blues and several renowned restaurants.
