Alan Rogers

Alan Rogers is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO and Regional Finance Director for Mondelēz International since June 2021, Alan oversees financial operations in the MENAP region. Prior to this role, Alan was the Regional Finance Director at RB from August 2006 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing the financial performance of various regional operations and leading teams to improve trade investment and profitability. Alan's career also includes significant roles at RB as Finance Director for Health USA, overseeing a team of 25 and driving financial success, as well as previous positions in financial control and internal audit across multiple regions. Alan began the finance career at Kraft Foods in roles focusing on inventory and financial analysis. Alan holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth.
