Annie Jelavic

Annie Jelavic is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, commercial law, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel for Continental Europe and Chief Counsel for Growth at The Kraft Heinz Company since July 2019, Annie provides strategic guidance on IP asset protection, trademark management, and food law compliance while supporting innovation within the R&D center. Previously, as Head of Legal for Western Europe and Head of Legal for France, Annie led legal negotiations for commercial agreements and ensured compliance with local and international legal standards. Annie holds Master's degrees in International Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and in International and European Litigation from Université Paris Nanterre.
