Carol Dias

Carol Dias has a robust background in human resources, having served as People & Performance Director and People & Performance Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company from February 2018 to January 2020. Prior to this, Carol held various HR roles at BRF, including HRBP Commercial and HRBP Marketing and Innovation, from March 2014 to July 2017. Experience also includes an HR Analyst position at MSD from July 2010 to December 2012. Carol recently completed education at ISE Business School in June 2023 and has attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
