Eric Nelson

Eric Nelson possesses extensive experience in information technology and supply chain management within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the VP, Head of IT Functional Capabilities and CIO North America at Kraft Heinz since September 2015, Eric oversees global IT operations for various functional areas while leading teams across multiple locations. Previously, Eric held several roles at Kraft Foods and Cadbury plc, focusing on manufacturing intelligence, continuous improvement, and systems management. With a solid educational foundation in Information Systems Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Eric has successfully driven project initiatives and enhanced operational efficiency across large-scale manufacturing environments. Additionally, Eric serves as a board member for Digital Grain Elevator, Inc.
