Roza Nader

Roza Nader is a Senior Counsel at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, where Roza has worked since July 2021, and is also a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since January 2024. Prior to their current roles, Roza served as a Corporate Associate Attorney at Goodwin from 2018 to July 2021, focusing on technology transactions within the Business Law Department. Roza's earlier experience includes roles at Deloitte and KPMG US, specializing in mergers and acquisitions tax. Roza holds a Tax LLM from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD in Tax Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and dual degrees (BS in Business Administration and BA in Political Science) from the University of Southern California.
