Moritz Mayer

Moritz Mayer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Chef de Rang at Kramer Gastronomie AG since August 2021. Previous roles include detailhandel at Genossenschaft Migros Zürich and Chef de Rang at Taos. Moritz's background includes various positions at The Dolder Grand, including Interne Aushilfe F&B, Demi Chef de Rang, and Commis de Rang, as well as experience as Commis de Rang at Le Meridien.
