Andrea Bodstein-Walenciak

Andrea Bodstein-Walenciak has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Andrea currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kramp Group, where they lead the HR and internal communications function and oversees the group-wide CSR program. Prior to this, Andrea held the position of Vice President Human Resources Europe & AMEAP at Dawn Foods Global, where they led the HR organization for European, African, Middle Eastern, and APAC regions. Andrea was also the Global Brand & Culture Transformation Lead at Dawn Foods. Before that, Andrea worked as the Regional HR Director DACH at Mölnlycke Health Care. Andrea gained valuable experience at Royal Philips Electronics as well, where they served as the Global HR Business Partner for Shared Services and held the roles of Global HR Program Manager and HR Director. Furthermore, they have served as an HR Manager at Alpha Management GmbH, where they were responsible for a subsidiary with employees in multiple countries. Andrea's career began as a Research Associate at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität.

Andrea Bodstein-Walenciak received their Masters degree in Psychology from The University of Bonn, graduating in 2002. Andrea also obtained a certification as a Speaker at the AXIOM Shared Services Conference offered by Axiom Groupe in 2014.
