Harold Geerts has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Harold began their career as an Industrial Engineer and Project Manager at Fokker Aircraft BV in 1987. From there, they went on to become a Managing Partner at Twynstra Gudde Consultants & Managers, where they remained until 2013. Harold then joined Cordence Worldwide as an Executive, working with a global client base until 2013. Harold later served as an Executive Board Member and Chief Process Officer at Nile Dutch Africa Line, a shipping company, from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Harold started their own independent professional services firm called D-VOTED Advisory, Management & Coaching. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Technology Governance & Management at Kramp, one of the largest technical wholesalers in Europe since April 2016.

Harold Geerts completed their Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Technology Eindhoven from 1982 to 1987. Harold also obtained a certification in Production and Inventory Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society in 1990-1991. Additionally, they attended Cobbenhagencollege and St. Jozefschool from 1976 to 1982, but the specific degree and field of study for these institutions are not provided.
