Kiki Delleman

Kiki Delleman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Solutions Specialist at Kramp since February 2023, focusing on the design and implementation of HR tools and systems for a global organization. Previously, Kiki worked as an HR Recruitment Consultant at OpenHR Recruitment, responsible for managing the recruitment process for various HR vacancies, and held multiple roles, including Junior HR Recruitment Consultant, HR Recruiter, and HR Recruitment Assistant. In addition, Kiki served as an Adviseur Online HR Recruitment at HRbaan and contributed to various projects at Radboudumc and Radboud Docenten Academie. Kiki holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences and has completed a minor in Vitality through lifestyle coaching at Windesheim. Kiki also co-founded and served as chairperson for SV LinQ, showcasing leadership in the HR field.
