Kathrine Cline

Kathrine Cline, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and progressive work experience spanning different industries. Kathrine'smost recent position was as a Human Resources Director at Kraton Corporation, where they drove continuous improvement opportunities and supported strategic initiatives and growth. Prior to Kraton, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Regional Field HR Director, where they had progressive advancement from HR Manager to Regional HR Director and developed strong business partnership relationships. Before that, at Dean Foods, they served as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for implementing HR initiatives and reducing turnover. Kathrine began their career at Dana Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist and gained experience in providing HR support to manufacturing facilities. In their earlier roles, they served as a Loan Officer at West Virginia Central Credit Union and a Financial Services Officer at Farm Credit Services of Mid-America, where they focused on financing and portfolio management.

Kathrine Cline, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Human Resource Management from Western Governors University in 2019. Kathrine also completed the HR Leadership Certificate Program at Sullivan University. Additionally, they hold certifications in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management, obtained in 2015, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2010.
