Christian Loomis

Christian began his KA career in 2017 supporting marketing initiatives for Realty’s leasing portfolio. In 2019 Christian was promoted to Development Project Coordinator where he provides market research and analysis for new opportunities, site selection, project scheduling and coordination. A graduate from Minnesota State University-Mankato, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing while working part-time for a local community bank. Upon graduation he spent three years in financial services before entering the world of commercial real estate. He is an active member in the community volunteering with organizations such as Ronald McDonald House and Feed My Starving Children. In the summer you will find him relaxing on the water or the golf course working towards that seemingly impossible single digit handicap.
