Dave Lenss

Dave leads the preconstruction services group, overseeing all management, budgeting and scheduling in collaboration with the project teams. With more than 40 years of industry experience, Dave brings a depth of thought leadership in guiding the development of baseline estimates, systems analyses and bid packaging, laying the groundwork for highly successful outcomes. Dave holds a B.S. in industrial technology, construction management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and is active in industry affiliations, including serving as Co-chair of the Legislative Committee AGC of MN and Greater North Dakota Chamber of Commerce.
