James Rognstad

James Rognstad is currently serving as the Facility Assessment Manager at Kraus-Anderson since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Planning Executive and Senior Facilities Analyst at SitelogIQ Midwest from January 2016 to January 2024. James worked as a Technical Analyst for Energy Services Group by Honeywell between May 2011 and November 2015, performing technical analysis of facilities for energy improvements. Prior to that, James was an Install Account Executive at Honeywell from September 2010 to May 2011, focusing on customer solutions for integrated building controls. James also held the position of Program Manager at McKinstry from May 2007 to July 2010, overseeing facility commissioning and technical documentation. Earlier experience includes serving as Property Manager at Skotdal Enterprises from February 2001 to May 2007, managing a large portfolio of commercial real estate. James Rognstad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Leo University and an Associate's degree from Everett Community College.
