Noel Broughton

Noel Broughton, P.Eng is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in project management for industrial building projects in Western Canada. With a background in soil testing, asphalt testing, and concrete testing, Noel has worked in various roles such as Vice President, Project Manager, Surveyor, Junior Technologist, and Materials Technologist. Noel also has experience as a Manhole Production Supervisor, overseeing production, material ordering, and manpower allocation. Noel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Civil Engineering Diploma from NAIT.
