William Moore

Prior to joining KSG, Bill co-founded Obsidian Analysis, Inc, a national security consultancy, and helped lead the company’s rapid growth from four to more than 100 employees in five years, before its acquisition in 2016. For nearly two decades, he has been a trusted advisor to senior executives in both the public and private sectors in the areas of security strategy, risk management, and emergency preparedness.
