Heidi Pernille Grinden

Heidi Pernille Grinden has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies.

At Kredinor, they started in March 2013 as the Leader of Customer and Case Processing for Energi Oslo. Heidi Pernille was responsible for managing a team of 24 employees and overseeing a department with a turnover of 80 million. Heidi Pernille held this role until May 2017.

After that, they served as a Business Analyst for Process Automation at Kredinor from May 2017 to May 2020. Here, they focused on process automation and analysis.

Subsequently, they held the position of Process Analyst from May 2020 to March 2022, where they further expanded their expertise in process analysis.

In February 2022, they briefly served as an RPA Manager until August 2022.

Currently, they are working at Kredinor as the Head of Process Automation, starting in September 2022.

Before joining Kredinor, they worked at Skatteetaten as a First Consultant from October 2012 to March 2013.

Heidi Pernille'swork experience also includes positions at Kredinor and Hafslund, where they worked as a Case Handler and Debt Collection Consultant, respectively.

Heidi Pernille Grinden's education history includes completing a Markedsøkonom degree in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School. Heidi Pernille studied from 2006 to 2009, focusing on økonomi (economics). In 2008, they also pursued a specialization in Markedskommunikasjon (marketing communication) as part of the same degree. Additionally, in 2006, Heidi completed a course on Kreditt- og depotjus (credit and custody law) at BI Norwegian Business School.

In terms of certifications, Heidi obtained a Prince 2 Prosjektledelse certification from Metier OEC Academy in May 2020. Heidi Pernille also received a certification in basic level AI training from Boost AI in January 2018.
