Sze Foong

Sze Foong is the Head of Talent Development at Kredivo Group, a leading provider of digital financial services in Southeast Asia. Prior to this, Sze worked at Shopee as the Regional Learning and Development lead, where they built and led a team to support employees with language and cross-cultural communication. Sze also has experience as an IELTS Speaking Examiner, Teacher Trainer, and has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Oberlin College. They have a Diploma in DELTA from Cambridge and a CELTA certificate from the British Council Kuala Lumpur. With a strong background in education and training, Sze has a wealth of experience in developing and implementing learning programs to support employee growth and development.
