Adrianus Kwen

Adrianus Kwen is an experienced HR and industrial relations professional with a strong background in compliance and employee relations. Currently serving as the HR Compliance & IR Assistant Manager at FinAccel since March 2022, Adrianus previously held the role of IR Formalities Specialist at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk from March 2021 to March 2022, and served as an Industrial Relations Officer at PT Bank Panin Tbk from August 2017 to March 2021. Early career experiences include an internship at AAMHAS IP Consultant in 2016 and a position with the Court Monitoring Team at the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi in 2014. Adrianus holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completed in 2016.
