Jeroen De Smet is a co-founder of Felika, a position held since September 2022. In addition to this role, Jeroen has been with Krëfel NV since December 2015, serving in various capacities including customer happiness manager, manager, assistant manager, and sales associate. Jeroen holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, where studies were undertaken from 2012 to 2016.
