Giovana Kristiansen

Giovana Kristiansen has a wide range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Giovana started their career at Travex S.A. as an Executive Assistant and Travel Coordinator, and later worked at Carsa as an Executive Assistant in the Sales and Marketing Department. Giovana then joined Stanley as a Human Resources Assistant before moving on to BeyondTrust as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at S2K Graphics Inc, and in 2013, they became a Human Resources Manager at Triumph Structures-LA. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Kretek International, where they are responsible for overseeing the HR department and providing support to up to 300 employees. Giovana'sresponsibilities include strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.

Giovana Kristiansen has a diverse education history. In 1986 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tour Guide from CEVATUR Institute. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, they enrolled at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and completed their Bachelor's degree in Executive Assistant. Lastly, in 2000 to 2001, Giovana attended Moorpark College to focus on Business Writing.
