Shahen Mailyan

Shahen Mailyan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, where they worked as a Learning Coach until 2013. Shahen then joined Cloudmetric in 2014 as an iOS Developer & Lecturer, staying with the company until 2017. In 2017, Shahen joined SFL - We Do Software! as an iOS Developer. Following that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the Ministry of Defence of The Republic of Armenia from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, Shahen has been working at Krisp since 2020, initially as a Senior iOS/MacOS Engineer and currently as an Engineering Manager - MacOS.

Shahen Mailyan pursued their education starting from 2010, when they participated in the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program as a high school exchange student. Shahen later enrolled at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on IT Security. This academic journey took place from 2012 to 2016. Shahen furthered their education by pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in IT Security from the same university, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certification in March 2016 from CompTIA.
