Cathy Tang

Cathy Tang has extensive work experience in various legal and leadership roles. Cathy is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Krispy Kreme since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Yum! Brands from January 2017 to July 2020. Cathy also served as the Chief New Business Development Officer at KFC from July 2015 to January 2017. Cathy has held leadership positions in other organizations such as WFF and Olmsted Parks Conservancy. Cathy has demonstrated expertise in the legal field, having served as the Chief Legal Officer at KFC Corporation from August 2009 to July 2015. Before that, they held legal roles at Yum! Brands, Pizza Hut, and Dell, Inc.

Cathy Tang holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Cathy also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
