Christopher Bylone van Sandwyk

Christopher Bylone van Sandwyk has had a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Christopher recently worked at Krispy Kreme as the Global Head of Belonging; Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Accessibility since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Global Director and Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at International Flavors & Fragrances from May 2021 to October 2022, where they managed a team and achieved several company awards and key accomplishments. Christopher also held roles such as Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Manager and Global PMO for Diversity & Inclusion and Strategic Workforce Planning at International Flavors & Fragrances. Before that, they worked as a Workforce Planning Analyst at the same company. Additionally, they have experience as an HRIS Coordinator at Daymon Worldwide, an HRIS Specialist at Flo-Tech, and a Human Resources Customer Support Consultant at Aetna. Christopher started their career as an intern in Human Resources at United Community & Family Services and The William W. Backus Hospital.

Christopher Bylone van Sandwyk holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Christopher also has a Master's of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agriculture Science from Rutgers University. In addition to their formal education, Christopher has obtained a certification as a Diversity & Inclusion Professional from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2023.
