Fernanda Brasileiro

Fernanda Brasileiro serves as the Director of Supply Chain Planning for Global Merchandise Services at tms since October 2022, where significant enhancements to the S&OP process were implemented, improving client inventory management and overseeing planning execution for major seasonal programs. Prior experience includes leadership roles at HAVI, where responsibilities encompassed demand planning and supply chain operations, notably managing the team responsible for McDonald's U.S. market demand plans and leading the establishment of an outsourced supply and demand planning support center. Fernanda also held key positions at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Payless Shoesource, focusing on merchandising, planning, inventory control, and team development. Academically, Fernanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Kansas and has completed MBA coursework at Washburn University.
