Monica Hegde

Monica Hegde currently serves as the Global Partnership & Alliance Manager for GSIs & Channels at Krista, a position held since January 2022, where responsibilities include forging and nurturing strategic partnerships across the APAC & EMEA regions. Previously, Monica was a Strategic Alliance Manager at Tech Mahindra from January 2016 to January 2022, focusing on managing partner relationships and contributing to business development strategies. During this period, roles also included an Azure Data Engineer, where construction of a PowerBI dashboard for Nestlé was a key achievement, and an HR Recruitment Specialist, responsible for enhancing Nestlé's global e-recruitment portal. Early in the career, Monica worked as a Manual and Selenium Automation Testing Engineer on a legacy system transformation project and as a Social Media Marketing Consultant at SilverFire, where efforts contributed to customer engagement for a local business.
