Raghu Aravindakshan has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across various companies. Raghu is currently working as the Senior Director of Engineering at Krista Software. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering - Innovation & Integration at Optiv Inc, where they led a global engineering team responsible for building a platform generating annual revenue of $250+m. Raghu has also worked as the Engineering Director & Co-Founder at Sniffaround Us, where they defined the product roadmap and managed the engineering team. Raghu has held positions at VMware as an Engineering Manager/Staff Engineer, Symantec as a Principal Web Developer/UX Manager, and Yahoo! as a Technical Lead and Senior Web Developer. Additionally, Raghu has gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., Senior Developer at Yahoo, Programmer at Greynium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd, and Software Engineer at GREPSOFT - Calicut.

Raghu Aravindakshan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from CMS college of science arts and commerce from 1998 to 2001. Raghu then pursued a Master's and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Application and Computer Science from Madras University from 2001 to 2004.
