Cristiane Suringar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies including Kroll, Pitney Bowes, Trinseo, HOERBIGER, and ERM. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner for Latin America at Kroll, Cristiane has held positions such as HR Country Leader and Senior HR Manager at Pitney Bowes and LATAM Human Resources Manager at Trinseo. Cristiane's educational background includes an Executive Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, scheduled for completion in January 2025, as well as participation in the Executive Education program on Women Transforming Leadership, also at Saïd Business School, in October 2022.
