Kshitij Verma

Kshitij Verma is a Senior Scientist in Hit Discovery Chemistry at Kronos Bio since March 2023, previously holding a Senior Scientist position at Exo Therapeutics from September 2021 to January 2023, where leadership in chemical biology supported pipeline projects in immunology and oncology. At Genentech from February 2018 to September 2021, Kshitij developed strategies for targeted degradation of IAP proteins and synthesized a compound library for selective XIAP degradation. As a Ph.D. candidate at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center from 2013 to 2018, Kshitij elucidated the Structure-Activity Relationship of Baccharin for AKR1C3 inhibition. Education includes a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Medicinal Chemistry) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, and high school education from Saint Paul School Indore.
