Morgane Gernay has extensive experience in the consulting and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Business Manager for Strategic Accounts at Kronos Group since June 2020, Morgane manages a portfolio of strategic clients and consultants within the Finance & Project Management Business Unit. Previously, Morgane worked at Direct Search Belgium from May 2016 to June 2020 as a Recruitment Consultant and Partnership Advisor, contributing to the firm's growth from four to seventeen employees. Morgane began a career in recruitment as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at Stubbe, Lisart & Partners from April 2015 to May 2016. Morgane holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from Université libre de Bruxelles.
