Kalissa Thomas-Mestanas

Kalissa Thomas-Mestanas has a strong background in compliance and regulatory roles. Kalissa is currently employed at Kroo as a Senior Compliance Officer since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cynergy Bank as a Senior Compliance Officer from June 2018 to June 2022. Before joining Cynergy Bank, Kalissa worked at Bank of Cyprus UK as a Compliance Officer from June 2016 to June 2018. Kalissa started their career at the Financial Ombudsman Service in June 2012 as a Grade 2 Adjudicator and remained in this role until May 2016.

Kalissa Thomas-Mestanas completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law with Sociology from Keele University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued the Bar Vocational Course in Law at The College of Law in London, which is affiliated with The University of Law.
