- Arachnys: Lewis worked for Arachnys as the Head Of Implementation from September 2020 to September 2021, and as a Technical Project Manager from November 2019 to September 2020.

Lewis Smith attended the University of Brighton from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sport Journalism. In addition to their degree, they also earned several certifications. In 2017, they obtained a certification in PRINCE2 from The Knowledge Academy. Then, in 2019, they completed a certification in Agile DSDM foundation and practitioner from the same institution. Lewis'smost recent certification is the ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering, which they obtained from the International Compliance Association in July 2021.
