Tim Brown

Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Kroo

Tim Brown's work experience starts in 1993 when they worked as an Art Director at BBDO Worldwide. Tim then moved to McCann in 1994, also as an Art Director. From 1998 to 2002, they worked at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide as an Art Director, where they handled various clients such as Ford, Reebok, and Shell. Tim joined BBDO Worldwide again in 2002 as a Senior Art Director. In 2004, they joined Publicis as an Associate Creative Director, where they were later internally awarded as the top Creative in the Publicis network Worldwide. Tim then worked at McCann from 2012 to 2015 as the Executive Creative Director, managing a team of over 40 people and handling campaigns for clients such as Coca-Cola, General Motors, Nestlé, and L'Oréal. In 2016, Tim co-founded Kroo and held the role of Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer. Tim also worked as a Creative Director at kerfuffle + brown before that, where they focused on utilizing creativity for enterprise transformation.

Tim Brown pursued their education by attending multiple institutions. From 1985 to 1989, they attended The Warwick School, where they did not receive any specific degree or field of study. Following this, they enrolled in Reigate School of Art & Design from 1989 to 1991, earning a BTEC OND in Graphic Design & Typography. Later, from 1991 to 1993, they further advanced their studies at Berkshire College of Art & Design, graduating with a BTEC HND in Graphic Design & Advertising.
