Tom Carter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and client services. Currently, Tom Carter serves as Managing Partner - Operations and Deputy Managing Director at krow group since October 2019. In January 2022, Tom Carter established Tom Carter Hypnotherapy, focusing on helping individuals overcome limiting thoughts and behaviors. From October 2005 to October 2019, Tom Carter held multiple senior roles at bigdog Agency, including Client Services Director and Business Director, directing agency relations and business development for key client accounts, notably the Barclays Group. Earlier experience includes an Account Manager position at balloon dog, where Tom Carter managed significant accounts and contributed to branding and creative development.
