Jessica Villegas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Krowdy, initially as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection and later specializing in Selection and Strategy. Jessica managed the full-cycle recruiting process, utilized various sourcing strategies, and ensured a positive candidate experience. Jessica also worked as a Project & People Lead, implementing process improvements and promoting innovative ideas for operational processes. As COO, they led co-creation and product launch initiatives, defined new features based on user and business needs, and increased key performance indicators for new products.

Jessica began their career as a Practitioner in Psychology at LARC Consultores in 2014.
