Jessica Villegas

Jessica Villegas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Krowdy, initially as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection and later specializing in Selection and Strategy. Jessica managed the full-cycle recruiting process, utilized various sourcing strategies, and ensured a positive candidate experience. Jessica also worked as a Project & People Lead, implementing process improvements and promoting innovative ideas for operational processes. As COO, they led co-creation and product launch initiatives, defined new features based on user and business needs, and increased key performance indicators for new products.

Prior to their time at Krowdy, Jessica worked at Indra from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for recruitment strategies and headhunting for various markets. Jessica conducted individual and collaborative interviews and played a key role in the selection of personnel for new projects.

Before joining Indra, Jessica worked at Los Portales from 2015 to 2017. Jessica was involved in the recruitment, selection, and induction processes, conducted mass interviews, coordinated requirements with internal clients, and analyzed employee turnover and satisfaction.

Jessica began their career as a Practitioner in Psychology at LARC Consultores in 2014.

Jessica Villegas has a diverse education history. In 2010 to 2016, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology at Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. Jessica then pursued further specialization in Human Resources at Universidad Ricardo Palma from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they gained knowledge in Behavioral Design from UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología. Additionally, they completed a program on Design Thinking: Innovation, Strategy & Change Management at Esade in Barcelona. In 2022, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Innovation and HR from EADA Business School in Barcelona.
