Ayesha Bagus

Ayesha Bagus serves as the Chief People Officer at Khanyisa Real Systems since August 2011, focusing on employee attitudes and feelings to enhance productivity in an increasingly automated workplace. With a career that spans various HR roles, Ayesha transitioned from an HR Manager to a Scrum Master, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal interactions within teams. Prior experience includes HR Manager positions at RSAWEB and Autotracker, along with a volunteer role as a Financial Administrator at the Islamic Resource Foundation of South Africa. Ayesha is an alumna of the University of the Western Cape, holding a B.Comm degree in Law.
