Klaudyna Kowierska

Klaudyna Kowierska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy management, lean transformation, and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Strategy and Transformation Department Manager at KRUK Italia S.r.l. since May 2017, Klaudyna oversees strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation. As the Group Head of Lean Transformation Area at KRUK S.A. since July 2023, Klaudyna leads lean and digital transformation efforts. Previous roles include management positions at UTC Aerospace Systems and Faurecia, where responsibilities ranged from supply chain coordination to business analysis and process improvement. Klaudyna holds an Engineer's Degree in Management and Manufacturing Engineering from Lodz University of Technology and has participated in Erasmus programs at Università di Torino, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics.
