Katherine started their career as a Jr. Financial Analyst at TELUS International in 2008. Katherine was promoted to Financial Analyst in 2013 and worked at Xerox for two years before joining Telefónica in 2017. At Telefónica, Katherine was responsible for financial reporting and coordination. Katherine left Telefónica in 2019 to join Kruze Consulting as a senior accountant.

Katherine Vargas has a Master of Finance Administration from Universidad Mariano Gálvez, a Licentiate degree in Public Accountant and Auditor from Universidad Mariano Gálvez, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Colegio Nuestra Señora de Fatima.

Their manager is Blake Rutledge, CFO. They work with Healy Jones - VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, Anthony Zepeda - Senior Accountant, and Randy Hall - Senior Director Accounting Services Operations.
