Kalle Conneryd Lundgren

Kalle Conneryd Lundgren has a diverse work experience. Kalle currently serves as the COO of Kry since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Associate Professor at Karolinska Institutet starting from May 2016. Kalle also worked at Klarna from August 2021 to December 2021 in the capacity of Market Expansion Operations. Kalle has a significant tenure at Karolinska University Hospital, where they served as the COO from August 2019 to August 2021, responsible for the overall operations delivery. During their time at the hospital, they also held the role of CIO (head of IT and Medical Technology departments) from August 2020 to July 2021. Kalle's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant and Plastic Surgeon from December 2014 to July 2021, as well as the Head of Department for the Patient Area of Craniofacial Diseases from March 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, they gained further experience through fellowships at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Settle Children's Hospital, and Birmingham Children's Hospital in 2011.

Kalle Conneryd Lundgren began their education journey in 2002 at the Karolinska Institutet, where they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine. This program lasted for three years, until 2005. Concurrently, in 2003, Kalle also undertook a one-year study in Business Economy at Stockholm University.

In 2003, Kalle continued their academic pursuits at the Karolinska Institutet, focusing on Biochemistry and Biophysics. Kalle successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in this field in 2008.

Kalle's interest in Information Technology prompted him to enroll in C-level courses at Uppsala University from 2004 to 2005.

In 2018, Kalle decided to enhance their skills in Business Administration and Management and thus enrolled at the London Business School. Kalle completed a program named "Leading Businesses into the Future" by the school in 2019.
