Pål Walhammar

Pål Walhammar has extensive work experience in the legal field. Pål currently holds the position of Head of Legal Corporate at Kry starting from September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal M&A Counsel at Sandvik from April 2021 to September 2022. From April 2019 to April 2021, they served as a Senior Lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt. Pål also worked as a Group Legal Counsel at EF Education First from October 2017 to April 2019. Pål Walhammar had a short tenure as a Senior Manager at Advokatfirman Vinge KB from February 2017 to October 2017. From July 2014 to December 2016, they were a Senior Legal Counsel M&A and Corporate Development at Modern Times Group MTG AB. Pål started their career as an Associate at Ashurst in August 2010 and worked there until January 2015. At Ashurst, they gained experience in various areas such as cross-border and domestic private M&A transactions, corporate development, stock market law, corporate governance, and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

Pål Walhammar's education history started in 1998 when they attended Göteborgs Högre Samskola, where they pursued social sciences for six years. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they studied at Lund University, obtaining a jur.kand/LLM degree in Corporate Law.
