Jade Lozada has been working in various roles since 2013. Jade started at RL Automotive Corporation as a Counter Sales Staff, where they were responsible for segregation of invoices and monitoring running products and inventories. Jade was later promoted to Officer In Charge, with daily responsibilities including invoicing, equalizing cash on hand and invoice amounts, and data entry of invoiced items in Microsoft Excel. In 2018, they began working as a Customer Support Team Lead at Sleepme Inc., as well as a Virtual Assistant - Social Media Manager, where they managed their different social media platforms, moderated comments and inquiries, and accessed customer's purchase details on Shopify and access zendesk. That same year, they also began working as a Virtual Assistant for T2 International, booking flights for Mr. Todd Youngblood, and as a Virtual Assistant-Admin Assistant for ICT Solutions, updating market or merchant prices, trading items, and collecting cash and items. Additionally, they worked part-time for Australis Superstore by Kaplan Solutions as a Creative Content Writer, creating descriptions for their products to make them more appealing to clients.

Jade Lozada attended Ateneo de Naga University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
