Camila Mayer has over 25 years of work experience in marketing. Camila began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Assistant at Círculo do Livro LTDA. Camila then moved to Mextra Importação e Comércio LTDA as a Marketing Coordinator in 1996. In 1998, Camila became a Marketing Manager at Layff Kosmetic LTDA, where they were responsible for the development of the Annual Marketing Plan, Advertising Campaigns, Promotions, Packaging Design, and Public Relations. In 2004, they became a Marketing Manager at Indústria e Comércio Santa Thereza LTDA, followed by a role as Marketing and Sales Operations Manager at Leagée Comércio e Distribuição de Cosméticos LTDA. From 2012 to 2019, Camila was a Senior Marketing Analyst at CPqD, where they were responsible for Products Marketing Plan, Roadmap, and Go-to-Market Strategies. During this time, they also contributed to the company's cultural transformation as a Member of the Culture Team. In 2019, Camila moved to IDC as a Sales Account Executive, and in 2020 they became the Head of Marketing at Kryptus EED S.A. Additionally, in 2019 Camila was an Invited Professor for MBA Marketing Management at Unimetrocamp Wyden Pós.

Camila Mayer has an education history consisting of a Specialist degree in Administration and Marketing (CEAG) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 1993 and 1995, and a Graduation degree in Social Communication & Advertising from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 1989 and 1992.
