Astha is an IP lawyer with the Trade Marks team at K&S Partners. She has been practising law since 2016.

She primarily handles prosecution, opposition and advisory matters relating to trademarks. In addition, she advises clients on the protection of geographical indications and copyrights.

Astha is experienced in managing client portfolios and dealing with clients across all sectors such as pharmaceuticals, FMCG and sports.
