Ed M.

Ed M. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at KSL Capital Partners since March 2020, Ed has previously held the position of Senior Associate at Clifford Chance from September 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading the negotiation and execution of financing transactions for a diverse array of market participants. Additional experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at Wynn Resorts, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and Deutsche Bank, all focused on real estate finance. Ed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Warwick, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
