Pete Sams

Pete Sams currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at KSL Resorts, overseeing portfolio performance and operational excellence across a growing collection of hotels and resorts. Prior to this role, Pete held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Davidson Hospitality Group, managing a wide array of operational aspects for over 85 properties in the U.S. As Executive Vice President of Full Service Operations at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Pete supported a diverse portfolio of more than 100 hotels, while previous roles included senior leadership positions at White Lodging Services, Omni Hotels, and other prominent hospitality organizations. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Pete has a proven record of enhancing profitability and guest satisfaction across various hotel brands and operational domains.
