Dr. Norbert Partmann has a strong work experience in the engineering and wind energy industry. Dr. Norbert started their career as a Technical Manager at Tacke Windtechnik GmbH& Co.KG from April 1993 to August 1997. Following this, they worked as a Technical Manager at Enron Wind from August 1997 to June 1999. Dr. Partmann then joined KTR Systems GmbH, initially as a Technical Manager from July 1999 to June 2008. Dr. Norbert later became the International Sales Manager from July 2008 to July 2013. Currently, Dr. Partmann is Head of Engineering and R&D of KTR Systems GmbH and also CEO of KTR Brake Systems GmbH since August 2013.
Dr. Norbert Partmann obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from Leibniz Universität Hannover, completing their education from 1983 to 1988.
